Seven families together with the Members of Preca Community in Adelaide organised a family weekend at Shiloh Hills Christian Retreat in the Adelaide hills in mid-winter. The weekend, an idea from some parents, was an enriching experience of friendship, prayer, faith sharing and joy. Roberto Zammit, Ivan Farrugia, Fr Charles Gauci and the Members held meetings for parents and grandparents, for teens and for children. Parents organised the liturgy of the mass, evening rosary, a hike and all the catering. The highlight of the weekend was the daily mass which accompanied by the angelic voices of the children’s choir gave the liturgy a heavenly touch.
